By Elvis Tshikhudo

A 72-year-old pensioner staying in a one-roomed house with her daughter and granddaughter, Ms Morongwa Florinah Ramalekana of Ga-Mamaila villages life will never be the same again. Ramalekana received a better life after being handed over with a four-roomed house worth about R250 000-00 and furnishers worth R20 000-00 by the MEC for CoGHSTA Ms Makoma Makhurupetje.

The Limpopo Provincial Government found it necessary to better the lives of Ramalekana and her children by building them a decent shelter. In her own remarks, Ms Ramalekana said she is very happy and does not know how to thank everybody, especially the government who made it possible for her to have a house.

MEC for CoGHSTA Ms Makoma Makhurupetje emphasised that the government has been given a mandate to better the lives of people by delivery services. She thanked the contractors for their commitment to build the house of Ms Ramalekana.
