MEC wishes Marobathota and Makgoka learners good luck!

The Limpopo MEC for Education Ishmael Kgetjepe visited Marobathota Secondary School at Boine and Makgoka Secondary at Ga-Molepo, Mountain View in Capricorn District on the day they started writing first paper of the Grade 12 Examinations.


The visit was to monitor preparedness to examination and to motivate both learners and teachers to work hjard and adhere to non-irregularities stance.

In encouraging them, the MEC said the learners are enthusiastic to do well in their examinations and through commitment they will do it even better. The overall numbers of the learners who will be sitting for examinations in each school are 313 for Marobathota and 478 for Makgoka Schools respectively. On the other hand, learners writing grade 12 this year in the province are 110 557 full-time and 20 975 part-time. They are writing in 1699 centres across the Province. The school is one of the performing school in Capricorn District so we still hoping that the can improve more from the results they got the previous years .We hope for the best results and wish the good luck, we courage the m to work hard not only on the first subject but in every subject that that they will be writing. Both principals of the schools were happy that MEC visited their schools and they believe the visit will give their learners an extra motivation.
