Launching of One Stop Service Centres

The MEC for Health and Social Development in Limpopo Mr. Seaparo Sekoati invites all media people to the launch of One Stop Service Centres. As government and as a department we have noted that we serve the majority of poor communities who cannot afford expensive service but who need quality services. It was then decided that we should take the services to the people and not let them travel from one point to another to access our services.

We also noted that most of our development services are inter-linked and having our offices or the services provided at different points is not cost effective for the department and the community at large hence the Opening of the Centres where people will get services nearer.

As we develop these One Stop service Centres we are also looking at the increase of personnel in all the districts. It will serve no purpose for our communities to visit our Centres and find no officers.
