    Pharmacy Awareness Celebration Day

    The MEC of Department of Health and Social Development in Limpopo, Honourable Seaparo Sekoati invites all media people (Journalists) to the Pharmacy Awareness Celebration Day. The aim of this Awareness is to educate the public on their rights with a particular focus on obtaining advice from pharmacists and information on alternative options or more affordable medicines. This celebration coincides with the Pharmacy Week (4-11 September 2006)

    Patients are also warned not to accept medicines from friends and relatives, which could be dangerous, and to inform their pharmacist about any current medical conditions or ailments.

    The event will take place as follows:
