    Foster Care Roadshow

    The MEC for Health and Social Development in Limpopo, Honourable Seaparo Sekoati cordially invites all media people (Journalists) to the Foster Care Roadshow event. The purpose of the event is to create community awareness on the relevant documents needed when processing foster care placements and to clarify roles played by different stakeholders. Stakeholders such as Department of Health and Social Development, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Justice, SASSA and SAPS will make presentations on their roles towards foster care placement.

    The target group for this event will be people from Taaibosch Village and surrounding wards (Wards 17, 16, 15 and 13). The community will also be given a progress report on applications for placements made at the social workers’ office.

    The event will be organized as follows
