Vital Registration

The MEC for Health & Social Development, Honourable Seaparo Sekoati invites all members of the MEDIA to attend the Vital Registration Campaign – i.e applications for registration of birth certificates, corrections of IDs and birth certification, applications for different social security grants such as old age pensions, disability and child support grants and many more services.

The event will take place as follows:

Venue: Humulani, next to Lulekani, Ba-Phalaborwa Local Municipality.
Date: 17 February 2006
Time: 10h00

Services will star at 08:00

Transport has been arranged from Gravelotte, Ga-Selwane, Maseke, Mashishimale, Vhuyelani, Makhushan, Namakgale, Lulekane and all villages to Humulani.

There will be two build – up vital registration programs as follows:

• Venue : Ga-Selwane

• Venue : Maseke
• Date : 16\02\2007
• Time : 09:00
