International Nurses Day

International Nurses Day is celebrated around the world every 12.May to
celebrate the Legacy of the Nursing Profession and to commemorate the birth of
the LADY WITH THE LAMP, the founder of the QUALITY HUMANE NURSING CARE ,
FLORENCE NIGHTINGALE who was born on the 12th May 1820 and died on the 13th
August 1010.
The MEC for the Department of Health and Social Development in Limpopo Seaparo
Sekoati invites all members of the media to join Him as He will be Addressing
all the Nurses Professionals of the Department under the theme “Positive
Practice environment Quality Workplace equals to Quality Patient Care” at the
