Terms of Reference

• Advise on the implementation of the key pillars of the LDP;
• Identify and advise Provincial Government on innovative solutions to job creation and economic growth;
• Facilitate partnerships between organs of state, civil society, non-governmental organisations, academic institutions and the private sector that will advance the objectives of the Council;
• Assist Government in taking advantage of the opportunities presented by the digital industrial revolution;
• Assist Provincial Government to leverage on the Province’s strategic pillars to grow the economy and create jobs; and
• Mobilise Private and public sector capital funding for new development projects
